I especially appreciate the efforts of your salesman, Roy Robey, for keeping us comfortable with our 2 young boys. He did all of our dealings and paperwork next to the play area so our boys didn't have to sit in an office. Huge thing for me. He did 2 test drives for us, 1 for me, and one for my wife so one of us could stay with the kids. He listened to what we wanted to put us exactly where we wanted to be (new 2008 jetta), but didn't think we could afford. At one point I told him that I thought we were in over our heads and he assured me that everything should work out. It did, exactly as he said...with 3.9 financing (didn't think we would qualify) and we got an extended warranty for the payment we wanted. Also, your finance manager was very understanding of 2 boys destroying his office and expedited all our paperwork...fantastic team you have there. ! Scott
